Need help managing PCOS and anxiety
Hi!
I need help trying to control my PCOS. I was on Metformin, but taken off it in 2017 due to passing out and not ready to start back on it. I need to lose weight and need motivation. I need help. I also have undiagnosed anxiety and depression. I would rather not start medications if I do not need to.
