Hi, does anyone else with PCOS have problems with sleep? I'm randomly tired throughout the day and have a bit of insomnia through the night. 😢

Hi there! Yes!! I’ve had insomnia problems with my cycle since puberty age hit. Every time I start menstruating my body and mind struggle to rest. It heightens my anxiety a lot and I’m always super tired during the day.

I do alot but I also have sleep apnea and have a CPAP but eventho I have my CPAP I struggle with getting a good nights sleep still eventho my sleep events are down to zero. I notice here lately my back has been hurting much more as well as my lower tummy, mainly my right side. I also take Trazadone (don't know if I spelled that right lol) to help with my sleep but i still find I wake up qt least twice a night.

Yes... I use melatonin and hydroxyzine for sleep. Lots of caffeine during the day to fight fatigue.
