Pace your self is the key. Also organize things in life so that it becomes easier for you in the long run. You cannot be the ideal parent when you have a chronic illness. But you can be. Consistent and loyal. As the child grows they will become more empathetic to your needs and overall the needs of others in their lives. Most of all a child needs love , which some able bodied parent perhaps is not giving their child.if your doing your best - and balance between your needs and your child’s needs you will be successful and have peace of mind , you will Both have a a measure of happiness in between the limitations

My daughter was diagnosed by the Fibromyalgia in WI - she was the youngest and worst case. In my research it was from leaky gut syndrome. Toxins in the blood stream. Take a leaky gut test. It’s a collective urine every hour - because it goes to blood system and out kidneys

It is hard, I have been in this situation but my kids are now 14, 18 and 21. I never had much help and all I can say is you should be easier on yourself. You can't help the physical boundaries and kids just want your love and attention even if it is sitting down drawing or reading with them. Children seem to understand more than we give them credit for and if your having a bad day don't be scared to tell your toddler this. This will encourage empathy and understanding as they grow. It is you and your toddler as a team and it will get easier. You got this👍
