Parenting with BPD: Struggles and Support

Are there any parents who struggle with BPD? I’m 51 and have 3 teenagers. Thx

I'm 47 and I have 6 kids. The 3 adults live on their own. I have the youngest with me ages 10,11, and 15. I haven't really talked to my family about why I'm so angry. I recently told my oldest 2 since they've been talking to me about their own mental health. When they were younger I definitely yelled a lot, threw things, said hateful stuff. I was married to a narcissist, and we did not have a happy marriage. I'm trying to retrain my youngest kids from their dad's destructive behavior. I can tell it affected my 11 year old son. I'm going to get him into counseling. 🙏

I am 42 and I have BPD and I have a 20 yo and a 7 yo. It is a struggle but I try to talk to my kids about my illness and let them know that I love them and if I yell or say mean stuff I don't really mean it.
