Question about sexual function after paralysis

Hello my name is Sabrina I am 41 years and I have had a stroke caused by a severe traumatic brain injury which left me partially paralyzed on my left side. I have a question for any one who is partially paralyzed or fully paralyzed like I said I'm 41 and can't feel when I'm sexually stimulated and I can't feel my orgasms is that normal or is there an underlying cause other then being paralyzed. I am partially paralyzed so I can feel somewhat but I actually have more trouble moving my arm, leg, and face on my left side. Then I do with not feeling parts of my body.
