Episodes of Panic Attacks from High Blood Pressure and Tachycardia

I have these episodes that are similar to panic attacks but start from high blood pressure or PVCs and or tachycardia. They make me feel cold and weak and almost unaware of my surroundings. After I have those I am emotionally and physically struggling for days to even weeks. Does anyone experience this? If so have you found out what it is and how to cope or prevent them?

Hope you do some research and look into natural ways to cure it not just treat the symptoms like I was doing. I was on over 13 meds. Was in bed sick and felt like I was dying. No exaggerated. Got so sick of being unable to do anything. Isolated and depressed. In severe pain with anxiety insomnia and didn't want any of it anymore. That was when I understood my meds were killing me. I'm a different person then I was 2 months ago. Thank God I have hope again and feel 85%better.🤗

I chose grapefruit over meds with side effects. My BP hasn't ever been better. It's been over 30 yrs that my BP has been this good.

Grapefruit can increase some meds and decrease others. Same with CBD. For your symptoms look up POTS (postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome). From what you said it sounds like that may be something to look into along with the low cortisol to figure out what’s going on.

Are you on blood pressure meds? Metoprolol helps my PVCs and evens out my blood pressure. Do deep breathing when you have a panic attack. Completely empty your lungs, then lift your diaphram and totally fill your lungs. Slowly exhale completely. Do a lot of them. Focus on something in the wall and use self-talk (self-hypnosis) telling yourself to calm down, etc.

Yea, I have same issues as you.I found out some years ago my adrenal glands don't produce enough cortisol. They put me on steroids which made things more crazy... I recently started eating grapefruit during the day instead of 2 kinds of bp meds. Crazy how I no longer have the swing of highs and lows in my BP. Started eating clean and being more active. I do grapefruit 2 to 3 times a day. Half a piece. Guess what no more cardiologist. Yeahhh! We are the best doctor for our health I believe.
