Need Help with Panic Attacks and Headaches

Hi please help. I have had 3 panic attacks this past week and I’m not sure what triggered them. I always have horrible horrible headaches after and am so irritated. Anyone have any tips. I am a teacher so please keep that in mind when giving advice.

Try to always stay calm and if you can try to figure out the triggers and try to work around them @Aml0216

Something I learnt from my hypno therapy is that the first sign of panic is your mouth going dry so when you start to feel panic trying having a drink of water it really helps and can stop the panic attack

Can you feel a panic attack coming on? Because I splash ice cold water on my face when I feel one coming and it helps stop it from developing into a full blown panic attack. I try this breathing method too when anxiety is high (close one nostril and breathe in, then switch the nostril and breathe out. Keep doing that and take deep breaths for a few minutes) another thing I do when I feel one coming on (if I don’t have access to cold water) is press down on my heart and count to ten slowly, repeat until you start calming down. But honestly I understand how you feel, it’s so so horrible and I fully understand the irritability that comes with it. I really hope this helps, but in general you’ll need to seek help in terms of therapy and maybe even medication! I’m here if you want to talk xx
