Struggling with Panic Attacks During the Healing Process

Opening up old scars is brutal. It does get better. I have a spinning ring (kind of like a fidget spinner) that helps me, and smells help me. I have a particular kava tea that smells very strongly, and I make myself a cup of that and just smell it. Positive visualization sometimes helps. I pick my favorite place and just try to remember all the details, sense by sense. You're not alone.

I completely understand that 🙁 it really sucks honestly I really hate it. My therapists and I have been trying to figure out how to fix it but so far nothing. But lots of people use pop its and fidgets to help.💖

When I get to that point I remove myself from all stimulation (go sit in my room with the lights off or somewhere else dark/quiet) sometimes I'll play lofi or other chill music is the silence is too much. I hope this helps. I wish the best for you ✨️
