I'm pretty sure my panic disorder really stems from my depersonalization/derealization. I get so uncomfortable and anxious to say the least when I go into this dream-like state. It's honestly hell and I just want it to go away. People say that anxiety can cause dissociation, but I think for me it's the other way around. I have what I think is ptsd from the first derealization episode and it triggers full on panic attacks.

I feel that completely. But for me it’s both. It started out mostly being too much anxiety causing it and now it’s more the other way around. It sucks. I’m sorry.

The same thing happens to me when I go outside, and immediately I want to go back home, it's horrible 😞
