Advice for Panic Attacks Due to Common Triggers?

Does anyone had advice for having a panic attack due to specific triggers that are common in every day life? When exposed to triggers, I feel a hot flash go over my body and then I am frozen- can’t talk, move, feel like running away. Avoiding the triggers doesn’t feel healthy anymore.

Ask your doctor about propranolol for in case of emergencies. It's meant to help the heart and lower blood pressure but it helps a lot with that spur of the anxiety/panic attacks. It's fast acting it does work with other medications for general anxiety. I took it with Buspar when I first started going to therapy. I've switched to another general med now but still have the propranolol for emergency

I was prescribed propanolol to help with the withdrawals from Xanax. I have been so scared to try it. I know I should, but I am always scared to try new medicine.

what medication helped? I am on Buspar one right now. It seems to help my general anxiety but doesn’t do much in the moment for panic or dissociation.

Work through those triggers peel back the layers of them and see whats the main purpose of those triggers once you find that, work on diminishing them
