I have been in therapy off and on for 30 yrs of my 66 adult life. It helps so much. I had several issues like you, complicated by 4 children and trying to raise them in a normal life. Facing fears of driving a lot. My therapists and Drs and meds have helped immensely. My children all suffer from depression. It does get passed to children sometimes but not through their living conditions. My husband helps a lot, he went to therapy with me half the time. I learned relaxation, biofeedback and meditation through them. Good Luck. Are your parents helpful? You need someone on your side.

If you can see a doctor or therapist, there are medications that can help to prevent & stop panic attacks. I have been in the same situation before & I know how horrible it feels. Even if you can’t see a doctor now, it may be something you could try in the future too

There are breathing exercises and other mindfulness techniques that can be very helpful, but also talking to your doctor or a therapist is something I would recommend! Panic disorder is really hard, and I only developed it coming out of high-school and in university so I can't imagine how hard it is to deal with in school.

So I totally get what you're feeling .. and you're feelings are always valid. Sometimes we twist the situation in our minds making it seem so much worse than the reality. I use cerebral for my mental health and there's an excersize my counselor assigned me for these moments basically it's called 'challenging cognitive distortions' this has helped me more than anything in my 30 years of living when I'm out in these situations I ask myself the questions and it comforts and brings me back to planet earth lol. You should Google it I'm sure there's some excersizes or examples online everywhere. Meditation helps me so much with my anxiety. I also am a creator/ Roblox YouTuber which has honestly helped me find 'my people'.

Tell the school I had the same issue and had to drop out as they didn’t help me, the more help you can get from them the better they can make way more allowances than they let on

Try mediation before school, maybe just as you wake up! You can start your day with something that will calm your body and mind down
