Panic Attacks and Meltdowns: A Vicious Cycle

Does anyone else experience panic attacks from meltdowns, or meltdowns from panic attacks? I have autism and panic disorder. Have a meltdown sends me into panic, panic sends me into sensory overload sending me into a meltdown. I feel alone in my experiences

Yes you're not alone! I'm waiting for a diagnosis, it's awful I've been advised to create a care plan: likes dislikes, triggers and then things which help me to show other people and work with. And then to learn my warning signs that I'm going into a meltdown before it happens, I noticed I rub my head before hand and my jaw tenses and I say certain things sometimes like leave me alone, go away etc.
