If you are taking hot baths I get a little more anxious than usual because it’s harder to breathe. It’s possible that it’s worse for you

Okay so walk me through the wholw situation starting at getting into the shower and ending when the panic attack is over if you can or do as much as you can

I feel this way when I awaken, and sometimes before bed. I get the same back pain and breathing issues. It’s common when panicking, however I don’t know what correlation it has with the sheep. Maybe you are sensitive to temperature change? When I used to take hot showers in winter I would get out and my body would be shocked and id panic, same with hot tubs.
