I am having a panic attack. My whole body is shaking, I can't breathe, my chest hurts. Someone please talk to me. Please? Anyone!?

Get something cold from your freezer - ice pack, bag of peas, bag of ice - and alternate putting it on your head, chest, neck, and wrists. Walk around to distract your body. (Sitting still or lying down never helps me when I’m having an attack) Keep telling yourself that you are safe, you are just having a panic attack, and it will pass. 💕

@hollis I'm doing that right now. I'm pacing back and forth on the living room floor.

@Jojo1084 I will try that as much as I can. I'm so shaky I can barely hold anything.
