How to Identify a PANDAS Flare?

How do you know you are having a PANDAS flare? I didn’t know what that was and I had PANDAS about 12 years ago as a child, took antibiotics, but still have had Tourette’s symptoms afterwards. How do I know if I was having a flare up if ever???
