Hi again! so I go to the gym 2-5 times a week, and over the past few weeks it been getting really painful in my spine and ribs. :( I do have scoliosis and possibly EDS. today I tried to do my normal low weight-high rep squats, only 25pounds! but my spine felt like it had a ton of air in it? and like it had to pop? I just don't want to have to keep going down on weight there, and can't talk to my doctor for a while :/ does any one have any tips or ideas on what could be my problem? (15yo)
