Dealing with Painful Skin Sores

I have sores that pop out all over my body. sometimes they itch, sometimes they burn & sometimes the area where the sore is or is about to appear my skin gets hard & tight & hurts immensely. Once I dig it open & pull something out it starts to feel better but takes a long time for it to heal & go away

You just described to a T what I’ve been living with for years! The something you pull out of it for me is like a tiny splinter in the middle of the sore. I have to keep allowing the sore to close up and peel off the top every day until the sore is at skin level. The skin becomes discolored and hardened and can take as long as a year to fully heal. It leaves behind a dark spot when its fully healed. I heats them
