Painful Intercourse with Fibromyalgia: Causes and Solutions

I've had vaginismus for literally as long as I can remember, long before I developed fibro (and as far as I know, before any sort of relevant psychological trauma happened, either). I'm curious if there's any sort of connection.

My fibro made me have vaginismus so yes

I'm in pain from other parts of my body but not necessarily from the friction

I have endometriosis. It was difficult for me to feel pleasure.
