It’s happening to me right now lol. Usually I just where a comfortable bra all the time even in bed so they don’t move around too much. My pain doesn’t get too bad though usually just mild soreness. They also get a little fuller as well. Maybe taking pain meds to help relieve the pain a bit. Or maybe taking turmeric will help,

This used to happen to me a lot and then I switched birth controls to a seasonal one and I think that has more estrogen and im not sure why but that symptom went away for me? Maybe try birth control if you don’t take it and talk with your doctor about taking it or switching to one that might help that. Otherwise, Pamprin is my go-to! Or plain Advil. And yes comfy bras, I would agree! 😄

I do but usually generic pain meds help ease it 😊

Yeah they are always super sensitive before and during my period. I don't really take anything for it, I just try my best to not accidentally touch them haha

Laying down can help. Sometimes if I'll physically hold my boobs up (even with a bra on) to take a little more weight off. And this is a bit of an odd thing and I doubt it actually fixes anything, but when my boobs reeeeeally hurt and they are super sore, if my bf sucks on them, they actually feel better. That probably has a lot more to do with nice hormones and neurotransmitters from sexy time than an actual direct remedy, but I thought I'd share

Yeah, I've been getting that lately, didn't used to happen but it's not the only change to my period symptoms since I hit my 20s. I'm pretty small up there so I generally just avoid touching them but a supportive bra helps sometimes.

OTC medication like alieve or tylenol. If that doesn't help, maybe grab some olive oil and massage your breasts.

omg yes!!! I feel like mine have been hurting more all month. I can feel how sore and intense they feel but my left one usually hurts more than my right while my rib cage under it hurts more than my left. I don’t wear any bras so I feel like this probably helps them not feel suffocated but I don’t have any remedies unfortunately 😭 I hope they ease up for ya
