Hi Everyone, I need help, I’m having the worse flare, my knees, elbow, hips and buttocks hurt so bad, and muscles sore too, what can I use for some relieves?

      Diclofenac gel -lots of it! Anti-inflammatories. Keep your diet simple with no dairy or grain or sugar or seeds or beans. Eat only real food nothing processed. Try it and see if it helps. There's always prednisone to calm down a flare.

      Diclofenac gel (Voltaren helps tremendously. But, please keep in mind that it is an NSAID. You can use too much and cause other problems (like asthma) to flare up.

        @dolphinblues Also, use caution when using it along with other anti-inflammatories. It is easy to overdose (use too much in a 24 hr period) because you typically would not think about a topical gel being an NSAID.

      Stretch! Then take hot bath, then luke warm shower as a follow up, benadryl and some warm tea or whatever liquid to warm up your stomach, and lay down and relax

      I find vicks and massage helps me and laying down are you on a muscle relaxer?
