Need advice for pain relief with bulging discs

Hi I just had an Mri and the surgeon was less than helpful because im not a candidate for surgery. Which is great but still doesn’t help me. I have 7 bulging disc’s 3 bad ones. Any advice on pain relief.

hi my thoracic T5-6 has disc protrusion extrusion of material behind right side of the t5 vertebral body is causing a ton of pain. T7 is wedging t5-10 L4-5 annular bulging with a central annular tear and more

Find a good accupuncturist and physical therapy but you have yo be consisten doing the exersices. Also change your diet if you eat and acid diet incorporate Green juice look for Arnold ehret . I do this. Mix turmerix, Ginger 1 cucumber, 3 stalks celery, 2 whole yellow lemons, cilantro, and dandelion Green. It really works for me . You can add o Parsley

Get a second opinion. If your protruding what more do they need to make you a surgical candidate?

Definitely getting a second opinion Thank you andrer im going to take all ur suggestions. What about injection? I have an appointment with pain management tomorrow not sure what to expect. I just need some relief

I'll be honest I've never had this problem before but I'd recommend(in terms of short relief anyways) is definitely to do something to help out your muscles in that area. (Heating pad, muscle rub, ect) I'm sure they're probably tense from the displacement so getting them loose and relaxed would probably help give some relief.
