It seems the pain should be gone. But the numbness can last a long time or may be permanent. What level were your discectomies??

I am still dealing with chronic pain from 3 spine surgeries , and degenerative disc disease has been progressing now my neck hurts and causes bad headache to radiate from neck to fro r of head. It’s no fun, but I hold my head up and stay strong. I don’t really talk about it and hate burdening anyone with my conditions . I am really getting some hope with this app it’s great
