I'm not really sure what I want to say, but does anyone have any pain management tips? I was previously on cocodamol however my new GP won't prescribe it :/ I also recently got an MRI, is anyone any good at interpreting results? My doctor went through them with me, but because of my memory issues I don't really know what he said.
