I woke up today in so much pain I want to cry for my pain every inch in my body is pain
I like taking very warm baths, its definitely not the most effective and it probably wont help too much but when im in pain its nice to have something relaxing
I think the best way to manage pain is to stop it before it starts with diet and exercise if possible, but I also understand that doesn’t work for everyone. If you’re looking for meds, there are doctors called “pain management doctors” who are purely there to prescribe you medication. Many of them don’t know much about what is best to give HS patients, however, and so your own research is necessary to know what to ask them for. The ones that have worked best for me are extra strength Tylenol and ibuprofen. I’ve used oxicodone and stronger meds aswell, but I’ve found that the addiction possibility and overall body degradation of them is pretty high. Obviously you may find success with other things, and good luck.
