Best pain management for degenerative disc disease. NSAIDs such as ibuprofen cause digestive issues. Tylenol does not seem to help. Really need this on a daily basis but not fond of taking over the counter medications.
I take 500 mgs Naproxen (Aleve) twice a day (12 hours apart) and 800 mg Ibuprofen in between (4 hours after each dose of Aleve).
It doesn't do a whole lot, but it takes the edge off alot of days.
