Effective Pain Management for Degenerative Disc Disease

Best pain management for degenerative disc disease. NSAIDs such as ibuprofen cause digestive issues. Tylenol does not seem to help. Really need this on a daily basis but not fond of taking over the counter medications.

I take 500 mgs Naproxen (Aleve) twice a day (12 hours apart) and 800 mg Ibuprofen in between (4 hours after each dose of Aleve). It doesn't do a whole lot, but it takes the edge off alot of days.

I have been taking naproxen for years until I developed an ulcer. You’re right, Tylenol doesn’t help at all!
