Check out the body braid! We're just getting into it ourselves but it looks so promising. We've also had some luck with silicone neck braces instead of the more traditional ones!

I was looking at the body braid, will you let me know how it works out?

Physical therapy and gentle, beginner Pilates have helped keep my joints in place better. Warm water usually helps with pain so I often take multiple baths a day.

Bauerfeind braces work great. Especially the ankle ones. Expensive though. Go find a good chiropractor, who will use gentle adjustment techniques and knows how to adjust extremities (ie, hands, feet, elbows) if you aren't feeling improvement within 3 visits, probably not a good chiropractor. Be careful, it might take a while to find a good one.
