Need Help Diagnosing Pain in Left Upper Calf

I really wish there was a way to scan my body and find everything that may be wrong and how to improve! For the past two months I've been dealing with pain in my left upper calf. It's a very odd uncomfortable feeling and sometimes radiates from the usual spot to other parts of the leg. I've had already had blood clot ruled out but what else could it be?? It's tender, sore to touch sometimes and flares up when I'm most active.
