Pain in Inner Thigh and Lower Back

I have pain in my inner thigh that feels like it comes from the Lower right side of my back. It hurts to change positions while laying down it hurts to sit down bend over to pick up things anybody with the same symptoms I don’t know if it’s sciatica or arthritis but it hurts
