      I feel the same x I wear 5 layers including thermals and I get really bad chest pain too . And it all gets worse around my time of the month and i donā€™t know why x

      I got a heated gillet from my auntie but it doesnā€™t heat up a lot x I wear gloves and hats and Iā€™m still freezing as I canā€™t regulate body temperature. What else is there to do to help ?
