I got a heated gillet from my auntie but it doesn’t heat up a lot x I wear gloves and hats and I’m still freezing as I can’t regulate body temperature. What else is there to do to help ?

I feel the same x I wear 5 layers including thermals and I get really bad chest pain too . And it all gets worse around my time of the month and i don’t know why x
