Pain Clinic Experience: Standard or Bad?

My experience was terrible. Traumatic even, it hurt my body so much doing those daily exercises.

I went to a virtual pediatric pain clinic and my experience wasn't good. It was me and one other person and the things we had pain with were so drastically different that the exercise parts I was mostly unable to do. Additionally I was almost never able to meet my goals while the other person always met them and it made me feel bad about myself. I'm not sure how other pain clinics work hopefully they're better but this was my experience

I went to a 3 week inpatient clinic and I had a very good experience everyone was very helpful and I felt as if I was a peer instead of a patient

I have been going to a pain clinic for over a year. My experience has been really good.
