      I’ve been on ozempic for a fat year and a half! You need to make sure you eat even if it’s applesauce bc if you don’t you will feel really sick and nauseous

      Hello! I have been on ozempic for a few years now. I usually take mine but on Mondays. I don’t have an appetite usually Monday & Tuesday. If this happens, push yourself to eat, even if it’s something small. When I don’t eat for those 2 days, on Wednesday I feel as if I can’t stop eating. Best of Luck to you!

        @Sun_Water Thankyou! Yea Friday up until last night I was not hungry at all which is really weird for me since my body usually is always signaling that I’m hungry/craving but today I had a small appetite and was able to eat two whole meals
