I feel you. All of the ones you listed are valid and able to exist with each other.

It's possible to be diagnosed as one thing then going to another place and getting completely different diagnoses. No provider is perfect and can make mistakes. But it's also very possible to have several cooccuring disorders and there's nothing wrong with that. My father in law has shared all the diagnoses he's gotten in his 55 years of life and I'm sure he sees the same trend. I only have 2 formal diagnoses but I'm sure when I get back into therapy I'll be getting a few more.

A lot of illnesses don't develop until late adolescence/early adulthood, or even late adulthood. it's totally normal to have a growing "problem list" as you get older, and for some people it hits harder than others. most of the diagnoses listed on my profile were things I didn't develop/get diagnosed until my 20s 😅 it's also common to suddenly seem to develop several problems once you're in charge of your own healthcare and better able to explain your symptoms to a doctor, but in hindsight at least some of those things have probably bothered you for as long as you can remember
