I take melatonin to sleep so my mind can rest. Even if it is just a few hours, it helps me sleep faster. If gives me piece of mind as well.
I take melatonin as well but for really bad anxiety days I also take a hot shower with j&j baby lavender soap and take a piece of tissue with a few drops of lavender oil or anxiety oil and place it next to my bed.
