      I think it's different for everyone. One way is to try and move yourself out of your comfort zone. One way to do this sounds kind of silly, but it's to just strike up conversations with people. There are a few topics that are almost universal to everyone to talk about, depending on the situation your in. For example, if your in school and you want to talk to the people in your class, talking about assignments is a good easy conversation starter since you know you all share the same assignments. Trying stuff like this really helped me, but it still takes time

        @Cam99 ive gone out of my comfort zone a lot and went to a new school where i didnt know anyone at all. i had to start brand new and meet new people. i just get really anxious and start sweating and my hands get all shaky and once i realize that im getting anxious i start to get awkward and it makes me more anxious. do u have any tips?

          @a.b that's a tough situation. Starting over can be very stressful. Even talking about it is a step in the right direction. Having conversations like I previously mentioned helps. And if it stays really bad don't be afraid to talk to your doctor about anti anxiety meds or a professional councilor. Most importantly though, never bear yourself up to much for it, you'll be able to conquer this at your own pace, and you'll always have a commu its here that wants to help
