How to Overcome Social Anxiety and Step Out of Your Comfort Zone

I'm not a very outgoing person and i have a hard time taking initiative to do or talk to people. I want to have the confidence to open up and step out of my comfort zone. I just don't know where to start.

I’m exactly the same way, I’m usually not the first one to start a conversation or even making new friends. Although I did some background acting work and I was forced to be surrounded by people so I would comment on things they would wear to start conversation or to even ask how they got the job. I think even just complimenting someone is a good way to start talking to someone because it shows that your paying them attention. Just as horrible as it sounds making small talk can go along way. Hope this helped! I’m here if you ever want to talk

A good place would be to start here! Start interacting with people you don't know online then make your way to going to the grocery store and talking to people or a park!
