      Yes, I believe so. Since age 26, I have felt in depressed because my life has gotten extremely hard because of stupid things/peer pressure I did. ❤️. You just gotta keep on keeping on and remember you can get through this. I am doing the same.

      i think it is. from my experience i was assaulted 3 years ago. i still have small triggers daily but overall i have been able to manage my day to day life a lot better . it took a long time though but it’s worth it . sometimes u need to change your surroundings and get away from reminders . you’re strong ❤️
