Overcoming My Fear of Tablets After an Overdose

OKAYOKAY OMGOMGOMG so, I overdosed 9 1/2 months ago. It was.. severe.. My brain shut down and I couldn't walk.. it was badd. Since then, I haven't been able to look at, let alone take anything in tablet form. But I have POTs. And they want me to take salt tablets. and I decided to try and take one.. And i did!!!! I had a severe ptsd panic attack afterwards, but I did it!!! it is a step in the right direction!!

For my pots, my cardiologist recommended SaltStick. You can order it online easily. It comes in tablet form or a flavored chew! I like the chews because they are fruit flavored and work fast for on-the-spot episodes. But the chew does taste kinda salty 🧂😝
