I had that feeling of extreme fear of death again. This time, I screamed and screamed. I was so scared. I dont know what to do or how to cope with this. My therapist doesn't know how to help with this. I just want help.

I understand how overwhelming the feeling of despair can be when you feel you’ve gotten that close to being gone. If you are religious then the other response is a good one to remember but if you aren’t than I think the best thing to remember is that you’re here right now. When you feel that close to death most people start to realize that all of their problems in their life don’t seem all that much problematic anymore. I think the best thing you can do is focus on who you are and what you’re doing today and tomorrow.

It's okay. I feel that way too a lot. Even if you're not religious, something that might help is remembering there is something beyond death. I really don't wanna get weird or anything but I can sense when spirits are around me. I like to try and talk/pray to my lost loved ones to remind myself that I will still be safe after deathm
