How did you get over your body insecurities? I hate my body, some days I'm good and some days I'm just staring at myself in the mirror picking apart my huge ass rib cage, and looking at girls on tik-tok, pintrest, seeing how these girls have a beautiful hourglass figure and look so good in clothes. While I look like a damn box, I hate it so much!!!!!! some days I like my body and I feel... okay I guess. Idk I just want to stop thinking how im going to get like a ribbed removed when I get money. I just wanna stop thinking like that and love myself.

      Body dysmorphia is a vicious vicious thing to live with. You may always have it but you can improve it. You can talk in a mirror or to the camera of your phone (don't have to record) and list your best qualities or features that are great or decent in your mind. You can use washable markers and doodle on yourself, write positive things on you, and if you have a partner they can participate in this too with you.
