That is why I have a Road ID which is like my emergency info that sticks onto my fit bit. Tells my diagnoses and meds I cannot have. You can also put a number on it so someone can call someone for you. Also try using more mobility aids, it's hard to get over the dirty looks people give you but what is worse the stares or you possibly passing out in the cereal aisle

I can’t go out alone so I always have someone that can catch me/help me/understands what’s going on and what to do. I still get anxiety but that makes me feel a bit better. I understand that’s not always an available option though

I do, that’s why I use my wheelchair in public. I just don’t trust my body. I might be able to get there, but not be able to get back to the car. I have a PopSockets wallet on my phone with all my medical info and insurance card stored in it, and it has a PopSocket holster on the inside of my wheelchair. So if I am alone and faint, a stranger can access that. If I feel faint, I have all my info and my phone right there.
