I invested in a good pair of noise cancelling headphones that I play music on and mute unimportant sounds. It's helpful for me to be able to control some of my sensory input.

Oh yeah! I play Pokemon Go as well. It's a good "excuse" to be outside by yourself, but honestly we all have the right to enjoy the great outdoors :]

I think it’s fun to find and catch little pokémon wherever you go. The same company just made a Pikmin game where you can plant flowers while you walk and anyone who plays can see the flowers. For some reason it was enough to get me out of the house. I hope it works for you too!

I'll have to try Pokemon Go to get motivated for a walked. Since its the lack of an objective that makes it so nerve racking I think it might work

Sorry if this wasn’t helpful for you! I figured it wouldn’t hurt to share what’s worked for me just in case it works for someone else too.

For me personally, structure/organization helps. I bought a whiteboard and wrote a to do list that I can cross out when I’m finished with tasks which makes me feel more accomplished (even if it’s just to take a shower) I eat around the same time every day to help me remember to eat. I try to find any reason I can to motivate myself to go outside for a walk. (I even started playing pokémon go again to make it more fun and less anxiety inducing, lol) Making a schedule for myself has helped my anxiety/ptsd because when things feel too messy, I start to feel messy and I end up staying in bed all day.

I'd be interested in tips regarding this as well! I know, not the most helpful comment, but I found it very relatable.
