@summershimmer yeah sometimes a heat pad helps me. But I’m going to the doctors to see what other treatments I can do. I just had a euro dynamic done recently. I’ve had one in the past but I was at a different doctor and they wanted to reach out everything.

@Unknown89 I hope the doctor can figure something out for you. There are definitely more younger people with oab then people realise as I see them on other support pages. I've had oab since I was 18 now 21 nearly 22
