Overactive Bladder at Night: Anyone Else?

So I have had an overactive bladder since I was 12 yrs old and now im 39 years old I remember when my parents wouldn’t believe me and once when I was 16 yrs old my dad took me to the doctors and they told him I have an overactive bladder and I was on medication for almost 2 yrs then I moved out out of my parents house and didn’t go back to the doctor until I was 30 yrs old when it became more and more noticeable to other people my question to u what would the other people say to u like would they ask u y u go to the bathroom that much and what was ur answer??

Anybody else with a Prolactinoma start having bladder control issues/ incontinence at night? Please tell me I am not alone.

Does anybody else with POTS and/or gastroparesis have any problems with their bladder? The past couple of months, I've started noticing that my body doesn't give me the signal my bladder is full until I am literally leaking urine. Even when I receive lactated ringers, it isn't until several hours after the infusion that I'll need to pee. I'm currently fighting off a UTI, but I don't have that urgency to constantly try to go or burning with urination like I have in the past with UTIs. I just have a lot of pain/pressure in my pelvis and in my back. Does anybody have any idea what could be causing it and what lifestyle changes I can make to manage it?
