I am going to get one and will let you know how it goes! I have an MRI with contrast this Monday and will be getting the procedure ASAP after

Curious too! I’m about to get one this month 😬. I’m super nervous because I have an autoimmune disease & I can’t find any medical studies regarding coil migration in the long term

Also, QueenLady, a pelvic floor specialist is not the best for PCS. I would speak to at least one vascular specialist. They’ll do a CTA (special type of CT scan) &/or a diagnostic venogram (minimally invasive procedure)

I'm having a CTV done this Thursday and am very nervous. Does anyone know where they insert the contrast?

I just had an IV line and they have you hold this bar to keep your arms up. The contrast was added to my IV electronically from a machine and it feels weird- like a hot sensation moving through your body. They Told me I would feel like I was going to P my pants, but I had just Peed before I went in and for me it was more of an almost burning sensation in my bladder but it only lasts for a few seconds

I was super nervous too, but it went really quickly and was easy and painless. I didn’t even have to go into the big machine it was a small ring I was pulled in and out of laying flat on a bed

Okay thank you because someone told me the neck and I started to freak out. I see the vascular surgeon right after. I'm really hoping they find something because I've been struggling pain wise. Not sure if anyone else has this symptom as well but my feet turn purple, sometimes just my left one and my right stays pale.

My feet do the same but it’s both for me, I’ve had this symptom since I was like 12! It’s crazy how many times it was written off as “bad circulation/not concerning” my GPs but it’s my understanding that it’s a PC symptom
