Concerned about Ovarian Cyst Bursting

how likely is it for an ovarian cyst to burst? i have a lot of them but i don’t think they’re currently growing (i’m on birth control) but one of them is over a quarter the size of my ovary. very very nervous about a burst, i’ve heard they’re very painful.

A ruptured cyst can feel about the same pain as passing a medium sized kidney stone or if you've had a child think in labor contraction. It is painful but it is over quickly

I have had ovarian cysts for about 6 years and have never had one burst

From what I understand,it's somewhat rare for the cysts to burst. I have read that they are painful though
