I don't feel like myself sometimes and I feel like I'm out of my body like I'm someone else experiencing things through my eyes does anyone else feel like this ? if so what do you do to make it feel better ?

      Put on my favorite tv show or music and take a nap. When I feel that way I usually need a “time out” and make myself recharge a bit.

      Sounds like it could be dissociation. Look into dissociation, derealization/depersonalization. It is scary, but it's not permanent and there are a lot of ways to lessen it.

      I feel like this a lot, it is horrible. Something I do to help is to do something that I like that distracts me. Even watching a movie would help, kinda escape reality then come back into it. Other times nothing helped and I just had to wait it out for a few days.
