Looking for OTC Constipation Relief Options

Hello ! I’m new ! I was wondering if anything OTC other than Trulance or MOTEGRITY OR LINZESS has worked for any of you …. I have peristalsis of paralysis of the stomach and so my food doesn’t digest and I get severe constipation …. Thanks

My Gastric MD suggested at the very least use Phillips milk of magnesia capsules once a day , start with 1 a day and increase in halves if 1 don’t work , he said these capsules are less harsh than laxatives..he also said use a probiotic daily like Align but any will do .
