Need advice on osteoporosis treatment options

@Sleak67 just a little update. Patience really is a virtue dealing with Drs. After 2 appts...1st was going over bone scan, which said bones bad. 2nd for her lab works which said bones good and no need for treatment...followed with email next day saying some other test result was received and really needed treatment. Anyway, had spent days researching the reclast Infusion and nope, that wasn't an option for me. I'm one of those who like to learn everything about a treatment, but more importantly, I read patient reviews. Patients always tell a different story than the Drs. Explained I would do the diet, calcium, and vit D and requested physical therapy for bone strengthening. So far...so good🥰
