I’ve taken meloxicam in the past it’s an anti-inflammatory and it helped out a lot.. also depending on where you live if you have THC lotion or if not legal in your state maybe CBD lotions or creams.. hope the best for you!

Hi I don’t know anything about osteoporosis however I saw that you posted it under Raynuads.. are the two connected? Does one cause the other? I’m wondering because I too have Raynuads (secondary)
