Dealing with Osteoporosis and Lower Back Pain

I am 29 and was diagnosed with osteoporosis. lately i’ve been having so much lower back pain. is this indicative of a complication/ should i get scans?

Honestly I think it's just osteoporosis where bone is worse that it used to be as im 25 with -2.9 t score and I got bad back most days but haven't broken anything yet drives me insane i feel the same way! 🤣

Just had my 2 yr scan done. My test worsens every time but recommendations are...1200 mg calcium, 2000 vitamin D with increased weight bearing (walking) with referral to Bone Health clinic

It could be. Check with your doctor. It also could mean your calcium/vitamin D is low if you have issues with those as well.
